These Terms govern your use of The Green Initiative Dispensary websites online ordering loyalty program and related services. By using our services you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and compliance
You must be 21 or older to use our adult use services or a qualifying medical patient or caregiver as allowed by New Jersey law. You agree to follow all applicable laws and our store policies.

Content on our sites is for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare provider. Product statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. Products are not intended to diagnose treat cure or prevent any disease.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity on your account. Notify us right away of any unauthorized use.
Orders pricing and availability
Online orders are for pickup or for delivery where permitted. All orders are subject to age and identity verification product availability purchase limits and applicable taxes and fees. Prices promotions and product availability can change at any time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for compliance or security reasons.
Payment
You authorize us and our payment partners to charge your selected payment method for purchases taxes and fees. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
Pickup and delivery
Pickup orders must be collected with valid government ID. Delivery requires ID verification at handoff and may be limited by distance hours and state rules. We do not ship cannabis by mail or across state lines.
Returns and exchanges
Due to regulatory rules returns of cannabis products may be limited. If you are not satisfied with a purchase contact the store within 30 days and we will work with you in line with New Jersey regulations and our store policy.
Cashback loyalty
• Points accrue on eligible purchases after enrollment
• Points and rewards have no cash value and are not transferable
• Earning rates expiration and redemption rules may change
• We may modify or end the program or adjust points for suspected misuse
Intellectual property
All site content including text graphics logos and software is owned by The Green Initiative or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy distribute or create derivative works without permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose to attempt to bypass security to interfere with the site to submit false information or to infringe the rights of others.
Third party services
We use third party platforms for payments e commerce delivery identity verification analytics and marketing. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of their services.
Disclaimers
Services are provided on an as is and as available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties express or implied including warranties of merchantability fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law The Green Initiative and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect incidental special consequential or punitive damages or for lost profits or revenues arising from or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the transaction giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Green Initiative and its affiliates from any claims damages losses or expenses arising out of your use of the services or your violation of these Terms or of applicable law.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey without regard to conflict of law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in New Jersey for any dispute that is not resolved informally. You and we may agree to arbitration in a separate agreement.
Changes to Terms
